At Starling Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack with Care
Place the jewelry in its original Starling gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to ensure it arrives safely back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
