How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Starling Jewelry piece comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
